Art Lead

Creators of the „We. The Revolution” are looking for a talented Art Lead to work on new, as-of-yet unannounced projects.

The biggest value of Polyslash is its team. That is why we are looking for open-minded, creative people, who are able to appreciate video games as an art form.


Requirements:

  • – At least 3 year experience in game development,
  • – At least one year of experience in managing a creative team,
  • – Excellent modeling and texturing skills,
  • – Experience working with the Unity Engine (HDRP),
  • – Artistic skills, good understanding of proportions and colour,
  • – Understanding the importance of teamwork, openness to new ideas,
  • – Self-reliance and creativity,
  • – Willingness to solve conflicts without reaching for melee weapons,
  • – Ability to keep deadlines.

Nice to have:

  • – Ability to create 2D art,
  • – Good knowledge of Unreal Engine,
  • – Understanding the importance of a well-told story in the visual arts.
