Art Lead
Creators of the „We. The Revolution” are looking for a talented Art Lead to work on new, as-of-yet unannounced projects.
The biggest value of Polyslash is its team. That is why we are looking for open-minded, creative people, who are able to appreciate video games as an art form.
Requirements:
- – At least 3 year experience in game development,
- – At least one year of experience in managing a creative team,
- – Excellent modeling and texturing skills,
- – Experience working with the Unity Engine (HDRP),
- – Artistic skills, good understanding of proportions and colour,
- – Understanding the importance of teamwork, openness to new ideas,
- – Self-reliance and creativity,
- – Willingness to solve conflicts without reaching for melee weapons,
- – Ability to keep deadlines.
Nice to have:
- – Ability to create 2D art,
- – Good knowledge of Unreal Engine,
- – Understanding the importance of a well-told story in the visual arts.
